Kiwanis Hosts Stars of Tomorrow Division Show

Sheridan Kiwanis once again hosts the Combined Division I and Division IX Stars of Tomorrow competition and show.

Division I cities are Casper, Douglas, Buffalo, Gillette and Sheridan. Sheridan will send a jazz ensemble including Jacob Hirschman, Ian Henry, Trevor Bateman, Will Saffel, and Kyle Snyder, and a pianist Tyler Rogers. Lauren Board, a lyrical dancer, will be an alternate.

Division IX Kiwanis Clubs include Lander, Powell, Riverton, Thermopolis, Worland and Dubois.

The top two from each Division will be eligible to compete in the Rocky Mountain District Stars of Tomorrow Show to be held in Castle Rock, Colorado on April 26, 2008.

Stars of Tomorrow is an example of what Kiwanis is about. It is an opportunity for our youth to showcase their talent and further their potential through performance and scholarship, and to advance to regional competitions. The show is put together by volunteers from the Sheridan Kiwanis Club, who will be assisted by WYO Theater staff, and by volunteer judges.
