Fly Fishing Film Tour 2026 — Wyoming Premiere
The Fly Fishing Film Tour (F3T) is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026, and the Fly Shop of the Bighorns is proud to bring the first Wyoming screening of the year to Sheridan.
Join anglers, outdoor enthusiasts, and conservation-minded community members for an evening of exceptional fly fishing films from around the globe. This year’s F3T lineup features stunning cinematography, powerful storytelling, and moments that celebrate wild waters, adventure, and the deep connection between people and place.
This special screening supports Sheridan Community Land Trust (SCLT), with all proceeds benefiting the next phase of stream restoration at the Big Goose Natural Area. In 2024, SCLT opened a newly restored stretch of previously private creek to public fishing and floating, expanding access while improving stream health.
Visitors to the Big Goose Natural Area can also enjoy Off-Leash Dog Trails, historic sites, conservation and land stewardship demonstrations, outdoor classrooms, and the future SCLT Welcome Center, opening in 2026.
You can help support this work by entering raffles for outdoor gear and experiences from local businesses, including a high-alpine lake guided fly-fishing trip with an overnight stay at Spear-O-Wigwam, a men’s or women’s mountain bike from Sheridan Bicycle Company, a winter outdoor adventure package from The Sport Stop, a rifle and spotting scope from Rocky Mountain Discount Sports, gear to power your next adventure from EPOCH Collection, and more.

Why It Matters
Healthy streams mean healthy fisheries, thriving wildlife, and better access for everyone who loves to fish, float, and explore. Proceeds from this event help Sheridan Community Land Trust continue restoring Big Goose Creek to enhance the fishery, improve water quality, protect habitat, and keep public access open for future generations of anglers and families.
Follow along as more details are announced and join us for a fin-tastic night in support of great films and great water.
