The Petty Nicks Experience to bring favorites to WYO stage

What if Stevie Nicks had joined Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers — and stayed? The WYO Performing Arts and Education Center invites audiences to experience that rock-and-roll fantasy when The Petty Nicks Experience takes the stage Saturday, Nov. 7, at 7p.m.

Celebrating the legendary music of Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac, The Petty Nicks Experience brings together some of classic rock's most beloved songs in a live concert experience. With soaring harmonies, signature guitar riffs and captivating visuals, the show recreates the sound and spirit of two iconic artists sharing one stage.

Audiences can expect a night packed with familiar favorites, from Petty's "Free Fallin'," "American Girl" and "I Won't Back Down" to Nicks' "Edge of Seventeen" and Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams." The show also celebrates the artists' memorable collaboration, "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around," along with deeper cuts that longtime fans will appreciate.

Unlike a traditional tribute concert, The Petty Nicks Experience reimagines what might have been if two of rock music's most recognizable voices had spent their careers performing together.

The production features powerful dual-lead vocals, a full live band without backing tracks, authentic vintage instruments and costumes, and a dynamic combination of lighting and synchronized video.

The result is more than a collection of familiar hits. It's a celebration of the music, chemistry and enduring influence of artists whose songs continue to connect with generations of listeners.

Tickets for th show are $38 for adults, $35 for seniors and military and $28 for students. Tickets are available through the WYO box office, online at wyotheater.com orby phone at 307-672-9084.
