This program follows the Lifetime Arts Model for people 60 and older, which features skill-building classes that last eight weeks.
In this class, participants will learn to use the body as a creative tool—discovering how simple movements can express emotions, convey ideas, and tell meaningful stories without words. Through guided exercises, group activities, and gentle choreography, you’ll build confidence, increase body awareness, and enjoy the freedom of moving in a supportive space.
No prior dance experience is required—just curiosity, comfortable clothes, and a willingness to play!
