Young at Heart Players present Frank's 75th Christmas

Join the Creative Aging program of WYO PLAY for the Young at Heart Players' performance of the Reader's Theaterpiece “Frank’s 75th Christmas,” written by Brandon Daughtry Slocum and directed by Pat Tomsovic!

Wednesday, December 3
1:00 PM
The Café at the Hub on Smith

The play is set in a retirementcommunity in Florida. Frank's wife Martha is busy every minute and has easily adapted to life in their new dwelling. Her husband, grouchy Frank, on the otherhand, hasn't made any friends and is having a difficult time adjusting to all his free time. Audience members will recognize elements of the classic "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens in this modern-day story.

In addition to the performance of "Frank’s 75th Christmas," the audience will be treated to a concert of Christmas music by the Uke N' Strum ukulele band who meet and practice several times a week at the Hub, led by Barb Blue. They will be performing directly after the Young at Heart players finish their performance.

The Young at Heart Players are supported, as a Creative Aging activity, in part by the Wyoming Arts Council, which receives support from the State of Wyoming and the National Endowment forthe Arts.
